> Set working days, working hours, after-hours behaviour, timezone, language, and currency.

**Operations & Logistics** controls when and how a worker operates.

## Working days

The days the worker is scheduled to operate. The default is Monday through Friday.

At least one day must be selected.

## Working hours

The worker's scheduled operating window. The default is 9:00 to 17:00.

Rules:

* End time must be after start time.
* A working window cannot exceed 24 hours.

## After-hours handling

What happens when work arrives outside scheduled hours.

| Value | What it means |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Queue** | Hold the work until the worker is back inside working hours. |
| **Reject** | Do not accept after-hours work. |
| **Auto-respond** | Send an automatic response outside working hours. |

After-hours handling can affect operating cost depending on the selected policy.

## Default Timezone

Timezone used for schedules, working hours, reporting, and time-based interpretation.

Choose the timezone where the worker's business process is primarily operated.

## Primary Language

Preferred language for worker interactions and generated content.

Available options include English (US), English (UK), Spanish, French, and German.

## Currency Display

Currency used for display and reporting. Options include USD, EUR, GBP, and AUD.

<Tip>
Set timezone and working hours before creating calendar tasks so scheduled work runs at the expected local time.
