  • Current is the saved quote used as the pricing reference.
  • Proposed appears when a draft changes a pricing-sensitive field.
  • Select Save Changes to refresh the quote for future work.
Saving a quote does not change charges that have already been finalized.

Monthly estimate

The displayed monthly estimate includes scheduled working hours only: hourly price × scheduled hours per week × 4.33 For example, a Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM schedule is 40 hours per week and 173.2 estimated hours per month. The estimate excludes:
  • After-hours working time
  • Image and video generation
  • Additional model usage charges under the worker’s plan
  • Other usage-based charges
It is therefore a baseline, not a maximum bill.

After-hours billing

After-hours charges apply only when After Hours Billing is selected and the worker accepts work outside its working window. Queueing or rejecting a request does not start an after-hours work charge. The active quote contains three after-hours terms: The calculation is: after-hours charge = hourly price × rate multiplier × billed block hours Example with a $4.00 hourly price:
  • One started 30-minute block: $4.00 × 1.5 × 0.5 = $3.00
  • Three started 30-minute blocks: $4.00 × 1.5 × 1.5 = $9.00
The worker’s saved quote is authoritative if its terms differ from the current standard. Changing timezone, working days, or working hours changes which requests fall outside the schedule after the new quote is saved.

Model and media usage

Additional model usage charges may apply under the worker’s plan. Image and video generation are also usage-based and separate from scheduled working time.
Use the monthly estimate to plan the scheduled baseline, then account for expected after-hours coverage and media-heavy or model-intensive work separately.

Legacy quote notice

An older quote may not contain every modern display field. In that case, Billing can infer schedule, model, or machine details from the worker’s current configuration while preserving the saved hourly rate and pricing version.
