Current vs. proposed

When your draft settings affect billing, the Billing view compares the current saved quote with the proposed configuration. Save the settings to refresh the billing quote snapshot used for future scheduled labour settlement.

Monthly estimate

Monthly cost is estimated from scheduled hours only. The estimate excludes:
  • After-hours labour
  • Separate usage-based charges
  • Other charges outside the scheduled baseline
Billing is a planning and quote comparison view. It helps you understand the contract baseline before additional usage or after-hours work is added.
