Working days
The days the worker is scheduled to operate. The default is Monday through Friday.
At least one day must be selected.
Working hours
The worker’s scheduled operating window. The default is 9:00 to 17:00.
Rules:
- End time must be after start time.
- A working window cannot exceed 24 hours.
After-hours handling
What happens when work arrives outside scheduled hours.

| Queue | Hold the work until the worker is back inside working hours. |
| Reject | Do not accept after-hours work. |
| Auto-respond | Send an automatic response outside working hours. |
After-hours handling can affect operating cost depending on the selected policy.
Default Timezone
Timezone used for schedules, working hours, reporting, and time-based interpretation.
Choose the timezone where the worker’s business process is primarily operated.
Primary Language
Preferred language for worker interactions and generated content.
Available options include English (US), English (UK), Spanish, French, and German.
Currency Display
Currency used for display and reporting. Options include USD, EUR, GBP, and AUD.
