Give your workforce approved brand context

Open Account → Organization → Brand to prepare a shared source of guidance for writing style, visuals, and brand usage. You need permission to update the organization’s brand.

Generate a brand pack

  1. Start the brand generation flow from the Brand tab.
  2. Enter the organization’s Website URL.
  3. Add relevant notes and optional approved evidence, such as logos, decks, screenshots, fonts, or a supported ZIP pack. Follow the uploader’s current file limits.
  4. Select Generate and monitor the background task.
  5. Return to the Brand tab to review the result and generation status.
You can continue other work while generation runs. A queued or running task is not yet a completed pack.

Review the guidance

Check the generated summary and available artifacts against approved source material:
  • Brand name and description.
  • Writing voice, tone, and terminology.
  • Colors, typography, and visual rules where present.
  • Unsupported claims, outdated information, or source conflicts.
The generated pack is intended to provide organization brand context in worker workspaces. Still test a representative worker output after changes; available context is not a guarantee of perfect adherence.

Update or regenerate

Use Regenerate with corrected sources or more specific notes when the brand changes or the first result is inaccurate. Review the new result before relying on it for customer-facing work. Keep worker instructions and relevant private skills consistent with the approved guidance. Avoid contradictory rules in several places.

Troubleshooting

  • Still queued or running: Check the task status before submitting another generation.
  • Failed generation: Review the reported error, website accessibility, and uploaded files, then retry with corrected inputs.
  • Read-only view: Ask someone with organization brand-update permission to make the change.
  • Off-brand output: Confirm the latest generation succeeded, clarify conflicting instructions, and test the worker with a concrete example.
Upload only materials your organization is authorized to use. Generated guidance does not establish ownership of a logo, font, image, or other third-party material.
